Canadian city prices are Statistics Canada's index of NEW homes (house and land, December 2016 = 100). Resale prices, sales and listings by city belong to CREA and the local real estate boards and need a licence — they will be added once licensed. Rents and vacancy come from CMHC's October rental survey. For British Columbia, BC cities & towns shows actual sales and prices in every municipality from the Province's property transfer tax data.
