1. Who we are and what we provide
Money Globe X is a brand of Money Globe Fintech Incorporated, a British Columbia company ("we", "us"). Money Globe X provides subscription software: market analytics, charting, macro and housing research, a trade journal (Scribe), alerts, educational lessons, directories of licensed real estate agents and mortgage brokers, and Pluto, an algorithmic trade-automation tool that you configure.
Money Globe X is not a broker, dealer, exchange, custodian, investment adviser, portfolio manager, real estate brokerage or mortgage brokerage, and does not provide personalised investment recommendations.
2. Non-custodial service
You connect your own exchange or brokerage accounts using API keys that you create. Keys must be limited to read and trade permissions; keys with withdrawal permission are rejected.
Money Globe X never takes deposits, never holds customer funds or digital assets and cannot withdraw from your accounts. Orders are executed by the venue you choose, under that venue's own terms.
3. Subscriptions, renewal, cancellation and refunds
- What you pay for. Fees are paid only for access to software. A subscription payment is not an investment, deposit, loan or contribution to any fund, and it does not entitle you to any return.
- Plans and prices. The plan, price, currency, billing period and any discount are shown before you pay, on our secure payment page operated by Stripe. Taxes are added where the law requires.
- Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) at the regular price then in effect, until you cancel. For yearly plans we e-mail you a reminder at least 30 days before the renewal date. If you live in Quebec, a yearly plan does not renew for another fixed year: after its first year it continues month to month, and we send you a written notice 60 to 90 days before the year ends.
- Price changes. We tell you about a price change at least 30 days before it applies to your next renewal. If you do not agree, you can cancel before that renewal.
- How to cancel. You can cancel at any time in Billing > Manage billing, or by writing to us through the Contact page. Cancelling stops the next renewal.
- Refunds - monthly plans. If you cancel within 7 days of subscribing, we refund your first monthly payment in full and your access ends. After that, monthly payments are not refunded, in whole or in part; your plan runs to the end of the month you paid for.
- Refunds - yearly plans. You can cancel a yearly plan at any time. Your plan year is divided into monthly periods that start on your subscription date. You keep the current period, and we refund every later period, pro rata from the amount you actually paid, less a cancellation fee of 10% of the refunded amount (for members in Quebec, the fee is no more than $50). Example: subscribed October 20, 2026 and cancelled January 25, 2027 - the period to February 20 is kept, and February 20 to October 20, 2027 (8 of 12 months) is refunded, less 10%.
- Promotional plans. A plan bought at a founding-offer or other promotional price is not refundable, except where the law requires (for example, members in Quebec receive the yearly refund above). A free period has nothing to refund. You can still cancel at any time to stop the next renewal.
- When refunds are paid. Refunds go back to the card you paid with within 10 days.
- Your legal rights. Nothing in these terms limits a right you have under the consumer protection law of your province or country, including the right to cancel a distance contract and receive a full refund where that law allows it.
- Free periods. Where a card is saved for a free period, nothing is charged until the free period ends; the plan then renews at the regular price unless you cancel before that date.
- Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, Stripe tries again and e-mails you. If the payment is still not made after 15 days, the subscription is cancelled.
- Fee waivers. We may waive or reduce fees for individual members at our discretion; a waiver applies only for the period we state.
4. Eligibility and venue availability
You must be of legal age where you live and allowed to use trading services there. Venue and product availability is decided by our eligibility policy and may be restricted for your jurisdiction or customer type.
You must not use Money Globe X to bypass geographic restrictions, sanctions, licensing requirements or exchange terms of service, including through VPNs, proxies or other location masking.
5. Your responsibilities
Keep your login details and API keys secure, give accurate information, review your settings and orders, monitor your accounts, comply with the terms of every venue you connect and meet your own tax obligations.
6. No advice
Analytics, indicators, Pluto model outputs and signals, Scribe briefings, lessons and other educational material are general information only. They are not financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Past results, backtests and simulated (paper) results do not guarantee future results. Consider independent professional advice.
7. Automated trading
Pluto acts only within the parameters you set. Automation can fail because of connectivity problems, exchange outages, API errors, slippage, data errors or model error. You remain responsible for every order placed in your accounts and can stop automation at any time with the kill switch. Live automated trading may not be available in your region or plan.
8. Acceptable use
No unlawful use, market manipulation, credential sharing, reverse engineering, automated scraping or attempts to interfere with the service or other users.
9. Privacy and cookies
Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which form part of these terms.
10. Directories of agents and brokers
Real estate agents and mortgage brokers listed in Money Globe X are independent licensed professionals who pay for their listing. We check listings before they appear but do not endorse any professional, take no part in any transaction and receive no share of any commission. Check a professional's licence with their regulator before you engage them.
11. Service changes, suspension and termination
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". Market data comes from third-party sources and may be delayed or wrong. We may change features, and may suspend or end access for breach of these terms or where required by law; if we end a paid subscription for reasons other than your breach, we refund the unused part of the period you paid for.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law: (a) we are not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, decisions you make using the software, or the acts, failures or insolvency of any exchange, broker or other venue; and (b) our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights under consumer protection law where you live.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We give at least 30 days' notice by e-mail or in the app of a change that reduces your rights, and you can cancel before it applies. The version and date are shown at the top of this page.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes go to the courts of British Columbia, except where the consumer protection law of your province or country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
